How can I schedule a consultation?

Call our office to schedule your in-person appointment or virtual appointment at 214-764-9234.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also have some Saturday availability. Please call us and our receptionist will help you set up an appointment. 

In what states do you take cases?

We take cases nationwide. We have licensed attorneys who handle immigration cases in all 50 states.

Do I have to go to your office to start my case?

You do not have to come to our office in person, but you are always welcome. We know that our clients are very busy, so we are fully integrated to handle your case without you coming in person. You are always more than welcome to come to our office, but if you are not able to, we can help you remotely as well. 

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, credit/debit card payments, Zelle, and electronic payments via eCheck. You can process these payments online or over the phone.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer multiple payment options that best fit our clients’ needs.

Can you take my case if I have already started with someone else?

Yes, we are frequently hired by clients who need help with their immigration matters and are looking to change attorneys to better assist them with their needs. Even if you started your case with another law firm, we can take over your case.

I do not speak English, can you help me?

Yes, our staff is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and we are ready to help you with your case.

What documents do I need to bring to my consultation?

You do not need to bring any documents to the consultation. However, to better assess your case we suggest you bring any immigration documents available.

How can I start my case with you?

First of all, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to work with you. All you have to do is schedule a consultation and meet with one of our attorneys. After the consultation, you may start your case right away.

Are the consultations with an attorney?

All our consultations are handled by U.S. licensed attorneys.

Do you help clients from different countries?

Yes, we help clients from all over the world. We have experience with many different U.S. consulates and embassies abroad.
